Deleting Your Account

At a glance

  • You can delete your Roster account directly in the app, in a few taps.
  • Your personal data is removed or anonymised straight away.
  • We keep only limited payment records where the law requires it.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and its associated personal data at any time from within the Roster app operated by Roster Technologies Limited:

  • Open the Roster app and log in.
  • Go to the Account tab.
  • Open Settings, then tap Delete account.
  • Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you are unable to access the app, email us at hello@roster.ie from your registered email address and we will delete your account for you.

2. What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove or anonymise your personal data, including:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and bio.
  • Your CV, right-to-work and verification documents, and certifications.
  • Your saved address and location details.
  • Your messages and chat history.
  • Your applications, favourites, and worker or venue profile.
  • Your bank or payout details and your push notification token.

3. What Is Kept

For legal, tax, and accounting reasons we retain limited transaction and payment records, for example that a payment occurred and its amount. These records are disassociated from your identity where possible and are kept only for as long as the law requires.

4. Timing

Deletion takes effect immediately once you confirm it in the app. Copies in our routine backups are cleared on our standard retention cycle.
