What it does
Balances under Irish rules
Eight percent of hours worked, or the contracted days for full-time staff, accrued from real timecards. The balance is right without anyone updating it.
One tap to decide
Approve or decline from your phone. The employee is told at once and the schedule shows the leave.
Availability
A student who cannot do Tuesdays sets it once. The schedule warns if you put them on a Tuesday.
Statutory sick pay
Five days a year at 70 percent, capped, tracked per employee so it is never missed or paid twice.
