The operations platform

Four screens. The whole week.

Build the schedule, let staff clock in on any phone, approve the timecards, decide time off. Then hand payroll one file. And when a shift drops, fill it from the marketplace without leaving the grid.

The roster schedule grid: staff down the side, days across, shifts as blocks, with the cost of the week underneath

Scheduling

The week, on one grid.

Every person, every shift, one screen. Build it in minutes, watch the cost of the week as you build, publish to your team's phones, and when a shift drops, fill it from the same grid.

Replaces: The spreadsheet, the photo in the group chat, and the phone calls when someone swaps.

Everything scheduling does
The roster clock-in kiosk on a tablet: a big clock, In and Out buttons and the PIN pad

Clock-in

Any phone is the clock.

Open roster.ie/kiosk on the tablet by the till, or the old phone in the drawer. Staff punch in with a PIN, the photo proves it was them, and you see who is in from anywhere.

Replaces: The paper sign-in sheet, the clocking machine on the wall, and the argument about what time someone arrived.

Everything clock-in does
The roster timecards page: a day of punches with scheduled, clocked and paid hours, and an approve button on each

Timecards

Approve the week. Send the file.

Every timecard shows what was scheduled, what was clocked and what will be paid, with your break rule and the Sunday premium already applied. Approve, adjust, or mark a no-show, then export.

Replaces: Reading punches off a sheet into a spreadsheet, and the wage queries that come back a month later.

Everything timecards does
The roster time off page: pending requests with balances, and the calendar of who is off

Time off

Requests come to you, worked out.

An employee asks for time off from their phone. The request arrives with their balance, what the week looks like without them, and one tap to decide. The balance follows Irish annual leave rules, not a spreadsheet.

Replaces: The holiday book, the text at midnight, and the argument about how many days someone has left.
