Posting a permanent or seasonal job takes about a minute, on the web or in the app. It is free to post, and stays free after the trial: the seven days are for the scheduling side of roster. Applicants land in your account, not in your inbox.
Stuck at any step? Write to hello@roster.ie and a person in Ireland replies.
On the web
Sign in at roster.ie
Open roster.ie and press Log in. No account yet? Press Create account, choose "I run a business" and follow the four short steps. Seven days free, no card asked for.
Open Hiring
On the top bar of your account, press Hiring. It opens on Find cover; the rail beside it has Job posts, Talent pool and Messages.
Press Job posts, then Post permanent role
Job posts lists every role you have advertised. The green Post permanent role button at the top opens the form.
Fill in the role
Type the role (Bartender, Chef de partie, Cashier), pick the type (full-time, part-time, seasonal), the experience you need, the pay and a few skills. The description writes itself from the role; edit it or leave it.
Press Post role
The role is live on roster.ie and in the app straight away, and the workers whose roles and area match get an email and a push about it.
Applicants land under Job posts
Back on Hiring, Job posts, each role shows its applicants. Open one to read their profile, message them, and mark them hired or declined.
