Irish rules, built in

Sunday premium
Retail staff who work Sundays are entitled to a premium under the Organisation of Working Time Act. roster breaks Sunday hours out on every timecard and payroll file so the premium is never missed.
Young workers
Under-18s have their own limits on hours, breaks and late work under the Protection of Young Persons (Employment) Act. Date of birth on the record is where the rest starts.
Banded hours
After a year, part-time staff can ask to be placed on the band their real hours fall in (Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2018). Twelve months of timecards is the evidence.

Clock-in is on a tablet or phone you keep on the premises, with a PIN per person, so nobody clocks in from the car park. Phone clock-in with location is on the way.
It produces the file your payroll software or accountant imports (BrightPay, Thesaurus, Sage 50 and a plain CSV), with hours, Sunday and public-holiday premiums broken out. The pay run itself stays with your payroll software.
